The project focuses on building and maturing capabilities related to secure handling of non-human privileged access, including credentials used by applications, services, DevOps pipelines, and cloud environments. The goal is to enhance organizational security by introducing centralized, controlled, and compliant Secrets Management practices, covering areas such as passwords, API keys, certificates, SSH keys, and encryption keys. You will be part of a strategic security program aimed at reducing risk, ensuring compliance, and strengthening overall protection standards.   Responsibilities you'll have • Analyze, assess, and validate business and technical requirements, use cases, and gaps in the area of Secrets Management • Support vendor selection process, including evaluation of tools and solutions • Participate in and support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities • Contribute to defining implementation plans and roadmap • Drive and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders • Document and maintain functional and non-functional requirements • Collaborate closely with Project Manager, Product Owner, Process Owner, IAM Architect, and SMEs • Support the maturity growth of PAM / IAM capabilities within the organization • Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa   Expected competences and knowledge • At least 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, icluding in IT Security / IAM / PAM area • Experience in risk management • Hands-on experience with vendor selection processes (including requirements, use cases, evaluation) • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in change management environments • Knowledge of IAM / PAM security best practices (on-premise & cloud) • Understanding of security principles such as Least Privilege, SoD, Zero Trust • Experience working in Agile / Scrum and DevOps environments • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) • Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x) • Strong analytical and documentation skills • Ability to bridge business and technical domains • Fluency in English (spoken and written) Nice to have: • Experience with CyberArk • Experience in PAM / Secrets Management projects • Knowledge of PAM controls and requirements   Technologies you'll work with • Identity & Access Management (IAM) • Privileged Access Management (PAM) • Secrets Management • CyberArk  • Cloud & On-Prem environments • DevOps ecosystems • Security frameworks: CIS, NIST, COBIT, ISO 2700x   Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
