Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model.As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in Securities Services supporting millions of customers through advanced investment and securities solutions. You will be instrumental in driving transformation initiatives within the Securities Services Operations environment, focusing on onboarding activities and process enhancements across Middle Office functions. This role offers a dynamic environment where your insights contribute directly to operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and strategic growth. Your main responsibilities: • Perform process analysis and design solutions in response to client or operational needs • Deliver business requirements, prepare testing scripts, and execute testing • Co-operate closely with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and clients • Proactively escalate potential risks related to assigned projects • Challenge the status quo and propose innovative improvements • Perform root cause analysis of recurring operational issues • Resolve ad-hoc queries from internal teams or clients • Contribute to project plan creation • Display active involvement in team-level initiatives You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 1 year of experience with operational improvements in financial institutions • Sound understanding of the financial market • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines • Very good command of English and Polish • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills • Strong analytical skills • Base knowledge of MS Visio, PowerBI, and SQL • Experience working with external clients within Securities Services operations • Project management skills, including gathering business requirements, preparing project documentation, and testing solutions • Knowledge of fund industry processes, NAV valuation systems, and transaction flows It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) • Familiarity with NAV valuation processes • Certification or experience in project management or process improvement methods Language Required for the role: • Polish and English — Communicative level Eligibility for the role: • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
