This job is all about: Working with clients to understand their needs, business processes, and challenges — and translating them into functional and non-functional requirements• Drawing up clear and concise software documentation and user stories • Converting gathered information into an actionable backlog of tasks for software engineers • Supporting software engineers during development by providing additional context and clarification when needed • Collaborating with senior analysts, solution architects, and software engineers to understand system structure and integration design • Leveraging AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of analytical work • Working closely under the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst — learning hands-on through real project collaboration from day one What we're looking for: • At least 1 year of professional experience in IT business/system analysis, QA, or a related role • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and an actionable backlog • Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence • Great communication skills — comfortable working directly with clients • Practical knowledge of AI tools and the ability to independently select and apply them to tasks — from documentation and process analysis to automations and integrations • Fluency in both English (C1+) and Polish Nice to have: • Basic understanding of integration technologies and protocols (e.g. REST API) and the ability to read and analyze technical and API documentation • Experience working on mobile software development projects • Familiarity with retail/e-commerce or loyalty programmes • Knowledge of BPMN and/or UML • Preferably a Technical Degree What to expect: • Hands-on learning alongside a Senior Analyst on a real client project • Direct exposure to client workshops, system design discussions, and backlog refinement from day one ...and here’s what we offer: • non-corporate, transparent work environment, where everyone has their say, • frequently reviewed salary relevant to market rates, your skills, and the results you achieve, • possibility to significantly impact your projects — your work and your input has real value, • continuous professional development and application of new technologies — we all keep learning, • financial support for professional development, when you want to learn, take part in a conference, or go to a meetup, • work-life balance, flexible working hours, • the ability to work fully or partially remotely, or check in to one of our offices whenever you like, • fully paid private health insurance, subsidized sports membership, and language courses, • free breakfast, snacks, and drinks at the office, along with a chill-out space, a foosball table, and some gaming gear for when you need to relax and charge your batteries.
