Junior Data Scientist

O projekcie:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Data Scientist to join our growing team and help deliver innovative machine learning and analytics solutions for complex business challenges.

Wymagania:
- 2+ years of experience as a data scientist/data engineer/big-data developer- BSc or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or another related field- Must have proven professional experience in data analytics for financial services with forensic skills- Must have Hands-on experience and knowledge of scripting languages: Python/PySpark as well as DS workflow management tools including MLflow, Airflow, etc.- Experience in LLM and agentic workflow – an advantage- Able to solve tech problems for customers, improvise and cope with unexpected challenges- Ability to design creative solutions for complex requirements- Ability to learn and lead projects independently, and to work with minimal supervision with customers (tech & business)- Ability to execute multiple projects and drive key business results under tight deadlines

Codzienne zadania:
- Analyze complex financial services data to identify patterns, anomalies, suspicious activities, and potential risks using forensic data analysis techniques.
- Develop and implement data processing and analytical solutions using Python, PySpark, and relevant big data technologies.
- Design, build, and manage data science workflows and pipelines using tools such as MLflow and Airflow.
- Collaborate directly with technical and business stakeholders to understand customer challenges, translate requirements into analytical solutions, and drive projects independently from concept to delivery.
- Explore and implement innovative solutions using machine learning, LLMs, and agentic AI workflows to improve analytical capabilities and automate data-driven processes.
