For more information about Accenture Technology Poland please visit our website: https://www.accenture.com/pl-en THE WORK  As a Junior GenAI Engineer, you’ll join a team that creates innovative GenAI and agentic AI tools for major companies.   We're looking for people who are genuinely curious about Generative AI and proactively follow what's happening in the space - new models, tools, and techniques. If you're excited about applying AI to solve real business problems at scale, you'll fit right in.  You will:  - Build next-generation GenAI applications and autonomous multi-agent systems for top-tier enterprise clients - using Python, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), and open-source models  - Design enterprise-grade RAG solutions and agentic workflows that reason, act, and make decisions at scale  - Evaluate and stress-test AI outputs - hunting down hallucinations, edge cases, and failure modes before they reach production  - Deploy solutions to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with real-world performance and security requirements  - Collaborate with senior engineers and consultants who are shaping how leading enterprises adopt AI  Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
