Junior IT Business Analyst

For our Client – an international company operating in the mobility and vehicle financing sector – we are looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst who will support the development and integration of systems used in fleet management and leasing processes. The organization is developing an integration architecture based on REST APIs, building an ecosystem of services connecting the core system with business partners and external systems. The person in this role will support the analysis of business processes and the development of the system’s integration layer. 📍 Work model: Warsaw (Wilanów) – hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office) 🧑‍💻 Responsibilities • Support the analysis and modeling of processes related to vehicle fleet management and cooperation with external partners • Assist in gathering and refining business requirements related to system integrations • Participate in designing API-based integrations and data flows between systems • Collaborate with business and technology teams during project implementation • Support the analysis of the existing system architecture and identify improvement opportunities • Create and maintain project documentation (including documentation in SharePoint) 🔍 Requirements Required: • Minimum 1,5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within IT projects • Basic knowledge of system integrations and APIs • Ability to analyze and document business processes • Experience working with both business and IT teams • English proficiency sufficient to work with documentation • Experience with SharePoint (creating and managing documentation) Nice to have: • Interest in the leasing, fleet management, or automotive industry 🤝 We Offer • Opportunity to grow within an international organization in the mobility sector • Participation in integration projects and gaining experience with enterprise systems • Collaboration with an experienced team of analysts and architects • A stable project environment with opportunities to develop technical and business competencies • Flexible hybrid work model 📍 Thank you for all applications.
