Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Junior Operations Business Analyst Seeking for a Junior Business Analyst to join the Securities Services Operations (SSO) Change Department. In this role, you will support the onboarding and redesign of operational processes and workflows for internal initiatives as well as client-driven projects. This position plays an important part in driving process and technology change across the Middle Office area. You will analyze business needs, collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders, and help design and test solutions that improve operational efficiency and client experience. Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to work under time pressure are key to succeeding in this role. Hybrid model of work (3x from Warsaw office, 2x WFH) b2b, UZ, UoP Responsibilities: • Analyze existing processes and design solutions responding to operational or client requirements • Prepare business requirements, create testing scripts, and perform testing activities • Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and external clients to ensure alignment with strategic goals • Escalate potential project risks proactively • Challenge existing processes and propose improvements or innovative solutions • Conduct root cause analysis of recurring operational issues • Handle ad-hoc queries and operational requests • Contribute to creation and maintenance of project plans • Participate actively in team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Requirements: • Min. 1 year of experience in operational improvements within financial institutions (e.g., Lean, process reengineering) • Understanding of financial markets and securities operations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines • Very good command of English (spoken and written) • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills • Solid analytical skills and problem-solving mindset Nice to have: • Experience working with external clients in Securities Services • Basic knowledge of MS Visio, Power BI, and SQL is a strong asset Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
