Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Business Analyst

Emagine is seeking a Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Business Analyst to join a collaborative and fast-paced project environment in Porto. This role is ideal for a junior professional looking to grow within Salesforce Marketing Cloud while developing both technical and business analysis skills. You will support transactional messaging solutions and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Scrum team. This position combines hands-on work in Marketing Cloud with requirement gathering and translation, requiring strong communication skills and a structured, problem-solving mindset. Your Main Responsibilities: • Support transactional email setup, including template creation, adjustments, validation, and configuration • Update templates and coordinate content changes for transactional messaging solutions • Assist in the creation and maintenance of transactional journeys • Provide 3rd level support for production issues related to transactional topics • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Scrum team • Help refine and detail product backlog items • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories • Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery You Bring: • 1–2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Basic knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand business needs • Experience or exposure to handling production issues Nice to Have: • Experience with transactional messaging solutions • Familiarity with Scrum / Agile methodologies • Understanding of user story creation and backlog management Location & Eligibility: • Candidates must be based in Portugal • Hybrid / on-site role in Porto (Portugal) About emagine At emagine, we value diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities.
