Wymagania:
We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our team building a platform for collecting, processing, and delivering profile, entity, and content data. This is a great entry point into data-heavy backend engineering, with room to grow into matching, pipelines, and AI-powered systems.
You will work closely with mid-level and senior engineers, contributing to data handling, normalisation, and internal API integration, while learning the fundamentals of production data systems.
This Role Is a Strong Fit If You Have
- growing hands-on experience with Python;
- interest in backend and data-heavy systems, with willingness to learn data pipelines and matching concepts;
- basic understanding of working with structured data (JSON, profile/entity records);
- basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
- some exposure to REST API concepts, ideally internal APIs;
- familiarity with Git and standard version-control workflows;
- basic understanding of unit testing;
- good communication skills and English sufficient to work in an international team.
Nice to have:
- exposure to full-stack development (Node.js / React);
- interest in LLM APIs, data engineering, or profile/entity matching;
- basic familiarity with Docker.
Required Experience
- 0–2 years of professional experience, or strong academic / internship / personal-project experience;
- Python fundamentals;
- basic SQL and relational database knowledge (PostgreSQL a plus);
- experience handling and normalising structured data, such as JSON or profile/entity records;
- some exposure to integrating internal REST APIs;
- familiarity with Git and version control;
- basic experience writing unit tests.
Technology Expectations
Practical exposure to several of the following:
- Python;
- JSON handling, data normalization, and structured record processing (profile/entity data);
- SQL basics (PostgreSQL a plus);
- internal REST API integration;
- Git and version-control workflows;
- unit-testing frameworks (e.g., pytest or similar);
- AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent (used under guidance).
Nice to have:
- Node.js / React (full-stack exposure is valued);
- Docker basics;
- early interest in LLM APIs or data pipelines.

- help build and maintain services for collecting, normalising, and handling profile, entity, and content data;
- assist in normalising and validating JSON and profile/entity records;
- write and maintain basic SQL queries against relational databases;
- integrate with internal REST APIs under guidance from mid-level and senior engineers;
- write unit tests and participate in code review;
- use Git for version control and follow team workflows;
- collaborate with mid-level and senior engineers on data pipeline components;

- contribute to small full-stack tasks (Node.js / React) as opportunities arise;
