Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)  Why choose this offer? • You can expect a flexible work organization • The international work environment will give you the opportunity to interact with the English language on a daily basis • Scandinavian organizational culture will provide you with work-life balance, you will gain time for additional training (financed by Jit) • The Jit community will bring you a nice time during regular integration meetings   Project You will be involved in a financial project focused on Transaction Monitoring, KYC analysis, and AML compliance processes for corporate clients.   Responsibilities you'll have • Analyzing Transaction Monitoring alerts and KYC customer profiles • Searching, reviewing, and aggregating data from internal systems and databases • Assessing gathered information and making decisions whether to close or escalate cases • Preparing clear descriptions, summaries, and conclusions based on the analysis conducted • Following internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and WIs (Work Instructions) • Updating Excel files, SharePoint, and other internal tools accurately and on time • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and AML/KYC standards • Working in a dynamic environment with performance targets and reporting requirements • Cooperating with internal teams and supporting ongoing compliance processes   Expected competences and knowledge • Minimum 3 years of experience in AML/KYC or analyst-related roles • Good working knowledge of corporate processes and operations, supported by around three years of professional experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to follow procedures, SOPs, and internal guidelines accurately • Good organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities • Experience working in a performance-driven environment • Good knowledge of MS Excel, SharePoint, and other office tools • B2 level of English (written and spoken) is a must • Ability to make decisions based on available information and escalate cases when necessary • Good communication and reporting skills
