Language Expert with Italian

Role and Responsibilities - Performing tasks consisting in language resources processing (text localization, translation, transcription, annotation, error detection, speech recordings, corpora collection, etc.)   - Participation in processes of verification, analysis and normalization of text and audio language resources - Post-edition of machine-translated content - Development of new linguistic resources or other linguistic tasks based on actual project needs - Analysis of annotated data in terms of issues verification, annotation metrics analysis and reporting  - Language corpora augmentation with domain-specific text and audio data - On-device testing of language resources - Reported issues verification - Providing linguistic expertise and linguistic support for various projects - Collaboration with NLP experts, engineers and 3rdparty companies on language-specific developments - Proactively self-developing in terms of skills and knowledge based on normalization protocols - Time availability: depending on project needs (min. 25h/week, max. 160h/month)
