Nasze wymagania:
fluency in English (C1)
5+ years of experience combining actuarial pricing and advanced data science in P&C insurance
proven ability to lead cross-entity analytics projects and deliver measurable portfolio improvement
expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
strong statistical modelling, feature engineering, and data visualisation skills
Zakres obowiązków:
designing and overseeing development of next-generation pricing models using ML, GLM, and advanced predictive techniques
integrating AI-driven insights into multi-line pricing strategies for Motor, Property, Liability, Legal Protection, and other lines of business
leading cross-country pricing analytics projects from concept to operational deployment
establishing data governance and feature engineering best practices for high-quality modelling
partnering with underwriting, product, and claims teams to align model outputs with business objectives
