Opis stanowiska

We need a Lead Business Analyst in Regulatory reporting who will lead functionally the team on delivery Projects for Reporting. Start: 01.06 or 01.07     Frankfurt am Main (5 days a week, 3 days in Office) no travel  Job Responsibilities: • Analysis of business processes within projects as well as identification and prioritization of functional requirements in close collaboration with the business departments • Presentation of solution approaches for the implementation of the required requirements and coordination with the responsible business units, development teams, and/or external software providers • Preparation of detailed specifications for the needs of the business departments so that the resulting concepts can be implemented as appropriate IT solutions • Coordination of the feasibility of requirements with the affected IT units • Support of implementation and quality assurance of deliverables • Test management: support of testing activities and preparation of productive deployment • Identification of digitalization opportunities • Support and execution of infrastructure measures and cross-functional tasks within the departmental, divisional, or internal service network Professional / Personal Qualifications: • Successfully completed university degree in economics or business administration • In-depth understanding of banking operations, financial products and services, business processes, and regulatory requirements • Relevant experience in large-scale banking projects • Experience in change management processes • Experience working with relational databases and corresponding analysis tools, such as SQL and PL/SQL Developer • Strong knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, and MS Office products • Strong knowledge of project management processes, methods, and standards, as well as the test management framework • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills • Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics and work in an innovative team • At least 5 years of proven professional experience as a Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry • Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams and/or workstreams in large, complex, and cross‑functional projects • Business-fluent English; knowledge of French or German is an advantage • Proficient in applying agile methods and approaches • Confident and persuasive demeanor
