Wymagania: - Proven experience in leading data engineering initiatives and teams - Deep hands-on expertise with Snowflake (performance tuning, query optimization) - Strong experience with dbt and modern ELT practices - Expert-level SQL and strong programming skills in Python - Proven track record of designing and scaling data pipelines and large-scale processing systems (e.g. Apache Spark) - Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Amazon Web Services) - Strong expertise in data modeling for analytics and data warehousing - Ability to lead solution design in ambiguous environments and make sound architectural decisions - Deep understanding of trade-offs, scalability, and system reliability Codzienne zadania: - Lead the design and evolution of scalable data platforms and architectures - Own ELT development in Snowflake and integration of multiple data sources - Define data modeling standards and ensure performance, quality, and reliability - Partner with stakeholders to shape data strategy and solve complex business problems - Drive performance and cost optimization initiatives - Oversee data services / APIs for scalable data access - Own production systems (monitoring, incident management, continuous improvement) - Mentor team members and promote best practices - Evaluate and standardize tools in the dbt + Snowflake ecosystem
