OEC creates automotive technology, helping repair shops, auto part distributors, and manufacturers run their businesses more effectively and profitably. We increase efficiency across the automotive aftermarket, OEM, collision, mechanical, and supply chain spaces by connecting repair shops, dealers, parts distributors, and manufacturers. OEC makes finding and ordering the right parts simple, fast, and accurate. Job Summary Performs ad-hoc tasks and project/process work to support all facets of Marketing operations, including marketing analytics and performance reporting. Performs data analysis to assist the company in making decisions. Key Responsibilities & Duties • Manage and optimize the end-to-end lead creation and tracking process, with a focus on automating tasks wherever possible. • Monitor and audit marketing lead conversions and sales handling processes closely by analyzing lead status metrics. Support the manager in collaborating with the sales enablement team to optimize the lead handling process. • Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards by ensuring data integrity with Customer Insight/CRM Dynamic 365, developing new custom fields, joining customer data tables, and resolving synchronization errors to ensure accuracy and functionality. • Partner with the Business Intelligence team for account mapping and data scrubbing, ensuring data hygiene through deduplication of accounts and contacts. • Co-own audience accounts and contact data within Dynamic 365 CRM, and extract or pull targeted lists to support marketing campaigns and update HubSpot customer data. • Support various aspects of marketing analysis, including activity-based reporting, funnel reporting, and performance monitoring such as Marketing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and dashboards, database health assessments, month-end reporting, standardized result delivery to executive stakeholders, and campaign metric tracking. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all responsibilities and tasks, clearly outlining both technical and non-technical aspects. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in an analytics role. • Excellent communication skills. • Highly proficient in working with Excel and manipulating large data sets (Vlookup, pivots, Macro, etc.), and interpreting and analyzing data effectively to make better business decisions. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables. • Able to communicate in a respectful, positive and constructive manner, even during times of challenge and frustration. • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change. Please note that this is a temporary contract with the potential to turn into a permanent position.
