MarTech Integration Engineer (Adobe Experience Platform)

📍 Location: Poland (remote)💼 Contract: B2B 🚀 About the Role We are looking for a MarTech Integration Engineer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating marketing technologies, building data pipelines, and ensuring seamless data flow across customer platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to enable advanced customer experiences. 🛠️ Responsibilities • Design and implement integrations between AEP and other systems (CRM, analytics, web platforms) • Build and maintain data pipelines for customer data ingestion and activation • Configure and manage customer profiles, segments, and event tracking • Work with APIs, webhooks, and real-time data streaming • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to support campaign execution • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across platforms • Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations ✅ Requirements • 5+ years of experience in MarTech / Data / Integration Engineering • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) — must-have • Strong experience with REST APIs and system integrations • Proficiency in SQL (data manipulation, debugging, validation) • Understanding of data pipelines / ETL processes • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Familiarity with event-based tracking and customer data platforms • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
