We take care of your needs, adapt solutions and take appropriate care of everything.   B3 Consulting Poland is not just a workplace, it is a community of enthusiastic people 🙌   If you want to be part of our crew, we invite you on a journey to a galaxy far, far away 🚀   We are currently looking for a Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer who will help us build a leading digital innovation hub in Poland.     🚀Key areas of the role: • Building and developing a modern data architecture – Designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Fabric and lakehouse architecture, as part of an ERP transformation covering Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement and Master Data • Data engineering and pipeline optimization – Creating and maintaining production data pipelines in Python and PySpark, implementing ingestion patterns (CDC, full load) from Oracle source systems, and ensuring data performance and quality • Governance and data environment standardization – Working in the areas of data availability, quality and governance, implementing security models, and collaborating with the team on a standardized ingestion framework   🚀What you need to join us: Must have: • Hands-on Senior experience with Microsoft Fabric in a data engineering capacity • Strong Azure background • Solid experience in data warehousing design and maintenance, including lakehouse architecture • Spark Engineering skills, including PySpark optimization in production environments • Proficiency in SQL and Python (production pipelines and notebooks/experimentation), combined with strong communication and problem-solving skills • Fluent English (C1) Nice to have: • Familiarity with Oracle as a data source and integration patterns (CDC, full load) • Experience in ERP transformation projects or work in Finance, Manufacturing, or Procurement domains • Knowledge of data quality, data governance, and data security models   🚀On board with B3 you will receive: • Health and sports benefits tailored to your needs • Free running and swimming training, internal triathlon team, joint competitions (Warsaw) • Tailor-made development activities to deepen expert knowledge • Cyclical initiatives allowing development in IT fields other than the current one
