O projekcie: Project Description We are looking for a professional combining the roles of Subject Matter Expert, Trainer, and Adoption Specialist to support a long-term initiative focused on the implementation and scaling of Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview across the organization. This role combines hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and the ability to design and deliver engaging online and onsite training sessions and workshops. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining practical Microsoft Fabric learning programs, creating new training modules, and ensuring high-quality educational content aligned with internal governance standards. Additional Information - Start date: ASAP- Initial contract until the end of the year with a possibility of extension- Rate: 120-140 PLN net/hour Wymagania: - Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Fabric.- Good understanding of data governance concepts; experience with Microsoft Purview is highly desirable.- Previous experience delivering trainings, workshops, or educational sessions.- Ability to simplify complex technical topics and explain them in an accessible way.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Experience working with diverse audiences and business/technical teams.- English proficiency at minimum B2 level. Codzienne zadania: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Fabric within the implementation and adoption team. - Bridge technology, data governance, and user adoption topics. - Support and facilitate training sessions, workshops, office hours, and consultation meetings. - Co-create change management and adoption strategies together with the Project Manager. - Develop and maintain Microsoft Fabric learning paths and educational materials. - Collaborate with offshore teams on content creation and quality assurance. - Ensure all training materials comply with internal governance policies and standards. - Deliver engaging online training sessions via Microsoft Teams as well as onsite workshops. - Support the organization in increasing adoption and effective usage of Microsoft Fabric solutions.
