As a Mid-Level BI Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in enterprise analytics, supporting and developing critical applications like IBM Planning Analytics and IBM Cognos. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity, streamlining financial processes, and delivering impactful insights that shape strategic decisions. Your main responsibilities:
• Administer and support IBM Planning Analytics and IBM Cognos applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Maintain and administer Windows server environments to support BI solutions
• Manage financial data loading processes, ensuring timely and accurate data integration
• Verify data consistency and integrity across platforms and sources
• Prepare and organize data for analysis, facilitating actionable business insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows and processes
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI system administration or related fields
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data manipulation
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and management
• Knowledge of Cognos is a plus
• Experience with data verification and preparation processes
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Certifications related to BI tools or data analytics
Language Required for the role:
• Fluent English, with good command of spoken and written communication
