As a Mid-Level Capital Markets Static Data Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization dedicated to facilitating seamless global capital markets transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of static data for a diverse range of financial instruments, supporting trading operations and collaborating with international stakeholders. Your main responsibilities: • Maintain and update static data for financial instruments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with trading, operations, and technology teams to resolve data discrepancies and issues. • Support trade processing and settlement activities through precise data management. • Assist in implementing process improvements and data governance standards. • Work closely with global stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations across different markets. • Apply your analytical skills to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently. • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance your capital markets knowledge. You're ideal for this role if you have: • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role or industry within capital markets or static data management. • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and SQL. • Strong command of English, both written and spoken. • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Willingness to learn and grow within the capital markets environment. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Experience with trade processing and settlement systems. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational risk management. • Exposure to financial instruments like equities, bonds, FX, derivatives, or funds. • Previous collaboration with brokers, custodians, or back-office teams. Language Required for the role: • Fluent Polish.
