Mid-Level Financial Analyst – Hybrid Role

As a Mid-Level Financial Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, supporting key financial operations within a structured GCB Grade 6 framework. You will contribute to delivering accurate analysis that drives impactful business outcomes, fostering innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. Your main responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes
• Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
• Support process improvement initiatives within the finance function

You’re ideal for this role if you have:
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related fields
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of banking or financial services industry practices

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Relevant certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CPA
• Experience working within a multinational or structured corporate environment
Language Required for the role:
• Communicative command of English
