As a Mid-Level HR Business Partner, you will be working for our client, a leading international IT services company specializing in IT Outsourcing. You will play a key role in optimizing workforce performance through data analytics, proactive risk management, and strategic HR initiatives. Your main responsibilities: • Own the performance, engagement, and retention metrics for a dedicated group of consultants. • Monitor and analyze key HR and business data (utilization, margin, attrition) to identify risks and opportunities. • Proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies to improve team stability and performance. • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to gather feedback, detect early signals, and support consultant development. • Collaborate with business and delivery teams on resource allocation, project planning, and contract decisions. • Leverage HR data and insights to shape retention and engagement initiatives, supporting a positive team culture. • Contribute to lifecycle management processes including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding. • Assist in creating a data-driven environment to facilitate continuous HR improvement aligned with organizational goals. You're ideal for this role if you have: • 3+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, resource management, or operations. • Strong ability to work with data, draw insights, and inform business decisions. • Understanding of key metrics like margin, utilization, and attrition. • Proven experience in stakeholder management and relationship building. • Solid knowledge of HR practices, performance management, and employee relations. • Ability to identify risks early and proactively address challenges. • Confidence in handling difficult conversations and problem-solving. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Fluency in Polish and English is required. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Certifications in HR or related fields. • Experience working in IT or tech industries. • Knowledge of additional languages. Language Required for the role: • Fluent in Polish and English.
