Mid-Level IT Analyst – Banking Digital Infrastructure

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 times in the office/month)As a Mid-Level IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the online banking sector committed to advancing digital platforms and internal systems to support complex financial operations. In this role, you will focus on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the delivery of IT solutions across critical banking systems. You will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design specifications, support testing activities, and ensure smooth releases in a fast-paced environment dedicated to financial innovation. Your main responsibilities: • Analyze business processes to identify improvements and system requirements • Gather and document business requirements for IT system changes • Prepare functional specifications for system enhancements • Execute functional, integration, and data migration testing, including permission models • Develop and improve tools supporting functional testing processes • Collaborate with stakeholders in release management activities • Support alignment of business needs with technical implementation You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 3 years of experience in IT projects within banking or financial services • Higher education in a quantitative field such as computer science or mathematics • Knowledge of requirement gathering methodologies and functional specification design • Hands-on experience with SQL • Experience analyzing and modeling business processes and data structures • Experience working on custom application development or migration projects • Ability to conduct functional, integration, and data-related testing • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel • Strong communication skills in Polish and English for working with technical documentation • Ability to effectively collaborate with business users to gather requirements Nice to have: • Understanding of SOAP and REST APIs Language Required for the role: • Polish (good command) Eligibility for the role: • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
