Oracle Data Engineer

Nasze wymagania: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 2–4 years of professional experience as an Oracle Developer, Database Developer, or Data Engineer Good hands‑on experience in Oracle database development, including SQL, PL/SQL, and basic performance tuning Experience in implementing data integration or ETL processes in enterprise environments Basic experience with data modeling concepts (conceptual and logical models) Familiarity with Oracle APEX, Oracle GoldenGate, Informatica, Automic or SAP BW/4HANA is an advantage Experience working with version control systems (e.g. Git) Ability to work with business stakeholders and support requirement analysis with guidance from senior colleagues Experience working in agile environments (Scrum or SAFe); familiarity with Jira Analytical mindset and willingness to learn and grow in an enterprise data environment Good communication skills and customer‑oriented attitude Very good English language skills (C1) Very good Polish language skills (B2) Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and relevant certifications are beneficial Zakres obowiązków: Collect, analyze, and understand the data requirements of our internal customers in all parts of the company Advise our internal customers on the design of efficient data-driven processes Create and maintain modular conceptual and logical data models based on these requirements Design, implement, test, and deploy efficient data integration/harmonization processes from a variety of internal and external data sources Design and negotiate interfaces and service level agreements with your process partners Ensure that your data products run reliably and efficiently in production (together with IT operations) Advance the agile way of working at Data Foundation with your ideas for process improvements Perform on-call duties where required (on up to 12 days per year) Oferujemy: Employment contract Hybrid work model and a very good office location (Rondo ONZ 1) Medical package (full specialist package with dentistry) Health Academy Multicafeteria - everyone will find something for themselves ☺ Lunch card Life insurance Employee Pension Program Company products and services at a special price Interesting trainings Study funding Online language classes (English/German)
