O projekcie: Position We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of PostgreSQL DBA (he/she) for our client from the banking industry. Contact me: martyna.choinka@astek.net Ref number: AO229579 Wymagania: - Strong hands-on experience as PostgreSQL DBA / Database Engineer- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL internals and performance optimization- Experience with PostgreSQL in cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud)- Hands-on experience with database migration projects- Knowledge of replication, backup/recovery and HA concepts- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments Codzienne zadania: - Migrate PostgreSQL databases from on-premise environments to Google Cloud - Manage and support PostgreSQL running on VM-based and managed cloud services - Perform database upgrades, patching, tuning, and optimization - Support onboarding of applications onto PostgreSQL platforms - Troubleshoot incidents and support release/change activities - Collaborate with cloud, security, and application teams - Maintain operational documentation and procedures
