Power BI / Data Visualization Specialist

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical models, creating advanced DAX measures, and designing operational dashboards that support business decision-making. This role involves working in an iterative, Agile environment, delivering high-quality data visualizations and optimized data models. Codzienne zadania: - Develop and optimize advanced DAX measures (including VAR, CALCULATE, FILTER, SUMX, iterators) - Build operational measures such as utilization, performance, and capacity - Design and implement Power BI visualizations based on business requirements and UX/UI guidelines - Work with custom visuals and configure dashboards for operational and performance reporting - Extend and optimize semantic data models (star schema / snowflake), including relationships, hierarchies, and aggregation logic - Configure Power BI Workspaces, scheduled refresh, and manage Power Query/M scripts - Implement automation flows in Power Automate to support reporting processes - Prepare technical documentation (measures, model structure, visualization logic, deployment instructions) - Collaborate with the team in daily stand-ups and deliver iteratively based on backlog and user stories
