Power Platform Engineer

MSD365 DQM Specialist Engineer (Poland) (1-2 days per week) Global Wholesale Banking – Digital Query Management We’re hiring an experienced MSD365 DQM Specialist Engineer to join our global Wholesale IT – Client Management team. You’ll play a key role in building and enhancing our Digital Query Management (DQM) platform, a strategic Microsoft Dynamics 365–based solution used by thousands of colleagues across 30+ countries. This is a great opportunity to work on a large‑scale, high‑impact global programme that transforms how we manage client servicing across the bank. What you’ll do • Design, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CE, F&O, Business Central). • Build applications, workflows, plugins, and integrations using Power Platform and Azure services. • Configure Dynamics 365: forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and custom entities. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal and third‑party systems (APIs, web services, Azure Service Bus). • Optimise, troubleshoot, and enhance D365 applications for performance and scalability. • Lead best practices, mentor junior engineers, and participate in code reviews and deployments. • Stay on top of Microsoft updates and contribute new ideas to improve processes and tooling. What you’ll bring • 5+ years’ hands‑on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. • Strong experience with Dynamics CRM/CE customisation, plugins, workflows, and the D365 SDK. • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions) and system integrations. • Skilled in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and data modelling. • Familiarity with XRMToolbox, OData/SOAP endpoints, and DevOps pipelines (Git, CI/CD). • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively with business and tech teams. Nice to have • Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, PL‑400, etc.) • Knowledge of TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React • Exposure to Azure AI/ML • Understanding of banking/financial services processes
