Power Platform Engineering Lead

O projekcie: - Stable, long-term projects - Competitive salary with a B2B contract - Hybrid work (2 days per week from the office in Krakow) and flexible working hours - Private healthcare and multisport card Wymagania: - Strong experience as a Power Platform Developer, including Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate (min 2/3 years desired) and Power BI (nice to have) - Proficiency in designing and implementing data models - Knowledge on SQL & relational databases allowing independent work on Power BI Reports' building  - Experience with DevOps practices and setup – CI/CD, Pipelines, etc.  - Experience in designing application UI/UX (with focus on canvas applications) - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles. - Strong oral and written English communication skills - Cloud knowledge & experience (GCP or AWS) - Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration with Power Platform (desired)  - Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry (nice to have) - Knowledge of Jira (Nice to have) - Certifications: Power Platform Developer and/or Azure DevOps Engineer (nice to have Codzienne zadania: - Independently deliver projects, applications and automated workflows using Power Platform tools - Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design software solutions and report progress - Lead and execute best coding and delivery practices for Power Platform projects; stay updated with the latest trends - Conduct feasibility assessments and proof of concepts - Perform code reviews and coaching sessions for less experienced developers within a team - Support DevOps setup and environment maintenance (CI/CD Pipelines, Environment Administration, etc.) - Document technical specification and user manuals for further reference - Troubleshoot and resolved technical issues related to Power Platform solutions
