A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Power Platform Technical Analyst would be: • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on a clinical data capture platform workstream (CRIO). • Connect and integrate data from multiple sources including EMR, eSource, and clinical operational systems. • Design, build, and maintain: - Power BI dashboards and reports - Operational metrics and monitoring solutions - Power Automate workflows supporting reporting and processes • Use Microsoft Fabric and Power Query to transform, model, and prepare data for reporting. • Translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, and automation solutions. • Coordinate testing activities and manage user feedback cycles. • Support change communications and delivery updates to business users. • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to enable data-driven operational insights Requirements: • 3–6 years experience in a Technical Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role. • Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform:• Power BI • Power Automate • Power Query / Fabric • Excel reporting • Experience delivering dashboards, reporting solutions, and operational analytics. • Ability to translate business needs into technical reporting outputs. • Experience coordinating testing and managing stakeholder feedback. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Comfortable working collaboratively with distributed teams, including international stakeholders. • Structured, detail-oriented approach with experience preparing documentation for governance. Nice to Have: • Exposure to clinical trials, healthcare, or regulated data environments. • Experience working with clinical data capture or research systems. • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar collaboration tools. • Understanding of organisational change management practices.
