Principal Data Program Strategy Lead Summary: The Principal Data Program Strategy Lead is a high-level strategic role responsible for the design and execution of the organization’s most critical data-driven initiatives. This position focuses on aligning complex data architectures and advanced analytics with scientific and business objectives. You will lead the transition toward a data-centric ecosystem that accelerates drug development and clinical excellence while operating within a stringent regulatory framework. Key Requirements: • Extensive experience within the Life Science industry, specifically managing data platforms in compliance with GxP, HIPAA, and FDA/EMA data integrity standards (ALCOA+). • Proven track record of leading large-scale, enterprise-level Data IT programs, such as Cloud Data Lake migrations, Master Data Management (MDM), or Clinical Data Repository (CDR) implementations. • Deep understanding of the data lifecycle in a regulated environment, from ingestion and processing to validation and submission. • Strong leadership and influence skills, with a history of driving strategic roadmaps and gaining buy-in from senior executive stakeholders. • Full professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex data strategies to both technical teams and non-technical business leaders. Main Responsibilities: • Architect and oversee the strategic roadmap for enterprise-wide data initiatives, ensuring alignment with R&D and clinical milestones. • Ensure all data programs meet the highest quality and compliance standards required for regulatory audits and submissions. • Act as the lead strategist in modernizing the data landscape, integrating AI/ML readiness into the core data infrastructure. • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between IT, Data Engineering, and Clinical Operations to break down data silos. • Manage program risks, budgets, and strategic vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of resilient and scalable data solutions.
