Process Mining Data Engineer

Nasze wymagania: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in process mining or data analytics Hands‑on experience with Celonis Process Mining, including Object‑Centric Process Mining (OCPM), PQL, and Celonis data modeling concepts Strong SQL skills with practical experience in data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis Fluent English with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail Experience working with SAP, including exposure to SAP tables is a strong plus Experience in automation, AI‑enabled analytics, or Copilot‑supported solution O projekcie: Role Overview: The Process Mining Data Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable process mining solutions within the Celonis Enterprise Process Mining (EPM) environment. This role supports the expansion of process mining capabilities across the organization by enabling end‑to‑end process transparency, standardized insights, and execution‑oriented use cases. Working under the direction of the Global Process Mining Lead, the role translates pre‑approved, prioritized business requirements into robust and high‑quality Celonis assets. Collaboration with global business and functional teams is key to ensure solutions are reliable, performant, and aligned to enterprise standards. Zakres obowiązków: Executing process mining development and engineering activities under the direction of the Global Process Mining Lead Translating approved business requirements into scalable Celonis solutions, including applications, analyses, dashboards, alerts, action and approval flows, email automations, and write‑backs Building and maintaining end‑to‑end process data models within Celonis EPM Enabling new process data sets and enhancing or updating existing data sources already loaded into Celonis Using SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from source systems Supporting data quality checks and ensuring consistency of process logic across use cases Collaborating closely with business and functional stakeholders (e.g. Supply Chain, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay) to clarify requirements, validate assumptions, and refine solutions Applying Celonis best practices and enterprise standards Contributing to technical documentation, reusable components, and continuous platform improvements Staying up to date with Celonis capabilities and emerging features Exploring opportunities related to automation, execution use cases, AI‑enabled insights, and Copilot‑supported capabilities (optional / emerging)
