Project Coordinator / Business–System Analyst

📍 Location: Poland (hybrid – 1–2 days per month in Warsaw) 💼 Industry: Banking / Financial Services 🕒 Cooperation: Full-time About the role As a Project Coordinator / Business–System Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering technical and business solutions for banking systems.The role focuses on coordinating IT initiatives and analysing business and system requirements in close cooperation with business users, development teams, and external vendors. You will also leverage synergies within the Bank Group, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality delivery across projects. 📌 Key responsibilities • Coordination of IT projects from initiation to delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality • Support in designing and agreeing on solutions throughout the project lifecycle • Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements • Translating business requirements into system and functional requirements • Modelling and optimising business processes • Creating and maintaining project, business, and system documentation • Supporting test organisation and performing initial functional testing • Identifying root causes of defects and supporting implementation of fixes • Close cooperation with developers, external vendors, and business stakeholders during analysis, testing, and production deployments Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT projects as a Business Analyst and/or Project Coordinator in financial institutions (mandatory) • Experience in IT infrastructure projects – nice to have • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies at PM level (networks, protocols, Microsoft 365, central backup, VMware, Windows Server 2019/2022, RHEL, Oracle databases) • Knowledge of business analysis tools and process modelling techniques (Enterprise Architect, MS Visio) • Experience with low-code platforms (preferably Webcon) – nice to have
