Team You will join a collaborative cross‑functional team that includes data engineers, BI analysts, and quality specialists. The team follows a structured delivery approach, communicates regularly, and works closely with business stakeholders to ensure analytical solutions are accurate and valuable. Position overview You will work as a BI specialist focused on building and enhancing analytical solutions using Qlik Sense and QlikView. Your primary responsibility will be to create reliable data models, dashboards, and reporting components that support decision making within a dynamic asset management environment. You will collaborate with data engineers to integrate new data sources, refine data flows, and support the evolution of the enterprise data landscape.In this role, you will work with structured and semi structured data, apply strong SQL and data modelling skills, and contribute to continuous improvements in dashboard performance, data quality, and reporting accuracy. You will participate in discussions with stakeholders, help interpret analytical outputs, and ensure that implemented solutions remain clear, maintainable, and aligned with business expectations.This position is suited for a specialist who is confident working across the full BI delivery cycle and comfortable contributing to both development and refinement activities within a small and collaborative team. Technology stack Qlik SenseQlikViewSQLETL processesData modeling practicesData warehouse conceptsVersion control toolsCloud environments depending on project needs Responsibilities • Design, develop, and refine Qlik Sense and QlikView dashboards • Prepare data models to support reporting and analytical use cases • Collaborate with data engineers to integrate new data sources • Optimize scripts and queries for performance and reliability • Review and improve existing dashboards based on feedback • Validate data accuracy and ensure alignment with business rules • Document logic, calculations, and data flows used in dashboards • Support stakeholders with interpreting visualizations and metrics Requirements • Experience working as a Qlik Developer in commercial projects • Strong skills with Qlik Sense and QlikView development • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases • Experience designing data models for BI applications • Ability to work with structured and semi‑structured data • Familiarity with ETL concepts and best practices • Experience analyzing business needs and translating them into dashboard requirements • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a distributed team • Strong attention to detail when validating data accuracy
