Senior Qlik Developer (Qlik Cloud)

📍Location: The position is fully remote but occasionally visit to Infosys office in Sofia will be required.📌 Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Qlik Developer. The role requires a highly skilled professional who can work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate directly with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and enhancement of Qlik Cloud dashboards, reports, and data models aligned to Settlement & Year Rollover processes
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver insights
• Design, build, and optimize data models, ETL scripts, and QVD layers in Qlik

• Support sales and financial data reconciliation, settlement reporting, and year-end transitions
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and scalability of Qlik applications
• Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution during critical business cycles (e.g., rollover periods)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Business, IT) to ensure seamless delivery
• Maintain best practices in data governance, security, and access control
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics development, with strong specialization in Qlik (Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud)
• Proven experience in Qlik Cloud (SaaS) development and deployment
• Strong hands-on expertise in:• Data modeling and Qlik scripting
• Data integration from multiple sources (SQL, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Dashboard and visualization development

Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing concepts

• Experience working in business-facing roles with minimal supervision
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience working with Agro/Seeds domain
• Knowledge of Settlement processes, Sales reporting, or financial data flows
• Experience in Qlik SaaS migration or cloud transformation projects
• Exposure to tools like Qlik NPrinting, Qlik Management Console (QMC)

• Familiarity with data governance and security frameworks
Working Model:
• Ability to work in overlapping time zones with North America stakeholders (flexible hours required)
• Strong communication skills to engage directly with business users
