Reconciliation & Proofing Analyst – Financial Services

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model As a Reconciliation & Proofing Intermediate Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial services industry dedicated to delivering compliant and accurate depositary monitoring solutions. Your role is pivotal in supporting regulatory adherence, ensuring data integrity, and fostering strong client relationships, all while contributing to innovative financial processes and career development. Your main responsibilities: • Conduct detailed data reconciliation and proofing to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, supporting issue resolution and process improvement • Assist with onboarding new clients and implementing monitoring processes • Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards • Support the maintenance and enhancement of depositary monitoring services • Prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple workflows effectively • Act as a backup for supervisor duties when required You're ideal for this role if you have: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reconciliation, proofing, or related roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Polish and English • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Proficiency in business correspondence and issue resolution techniques • Knowledge of regulatory rules and depositary monitoring (preferred) It is a strong plus if you have: • Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) • Familiarity with onboarding processes for new clients and solutions • Past supervisory or team management experience • Relevant certifications or additional training in finance or compliance Language Required for the role: Fluent Polish and English Eligibility for the role: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
