You will lead analysts, oversee data processes, and make real-time decisions that directly impact delivery timelines, quality, and client trust. Wymagania: We are looking for a Data Operations Manager for a high-volume, business-critical data environment. You will act as the central point of control for data quality, governance, and delivery — ensuring data is accurate, validated, and ready to support compliance outputs on time. Key Skills & Experience - Strong data operations and data quality management experience- Proven leadership of technical/data teams- Experience with process standardisation and governance frameworks- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills- Familiarity with compliance or regulated data environments- Understanding of AI/automation in data workflows What Success Looks Like - High data readiness and first-time-right rates- Fast resolution of data issues with minimal downstream impact- Strong team performance and stakeholder confidence- Continuous improvement and reduction of manual processes Codzienne zadania: - Own data quality, consistency, and governance across clients and territories - Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts (work allocation, coaching, quality review) - Ensure data readiness at all delivery checkpoints before processing - Define and enforce standardised data processes (intake, validation, transformation, reconciliation) - Manage data exceptions, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate risks early - Maintain data controls, audit trails, and data lineage for full transparency - Oversee AI/automation outputs, applying judgment where needed - Coordinate onboarding of new clients and reporting cycle transitions - Partner with cross-functional teams to proactively manage risks and dependencies - Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational insights
