Reporting Lead (Insurance Industry Experience)

Main Responsibilities• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting and BI solutions across the organization. • Develop and maintain semantic models, cubes, and tabular models using Microsoft SSAS. • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. • Develop and optimize complex MDX and DAX queries to support advanced analytical reporting. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions. • Ensure reporting accuracy, performance optimization, and data consistency across platforms. Key Requirements• 8–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics roles. • Strong hands-on experience with MS SSAS (Tabular and/or Multidimensional models). • Advanced Power BI development skills including data modeling, visualization design, and performance optimization. • Strong expertise in MDX and DAX query development. • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. • Experience working with enterprise data warehouse environments. • Strong understanding of BI architecture and semantic layer design. • Experience working in Agile or DevOps delivery environments. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
