SAP Senior Functional Analyst - Product Accounting & Cost (S/4 HANA)

For Digital Hub Warsaw, we are looking for: SAP Senior Functional Analyst - Product Accounting & Cost (S/4 HANA) The CORE (Customer-Oriented Resilient Enterprise) program is a game-changer for Bayer as we strive to become the best-in-class in the industry. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with Business Global Process Owners to design, build, test, and deploy Bayer’s futureglobal business processes across all divisions • Work with other Solution Design Managers in Record-To-Decide’s (RTD) subprocess areas • Lead decision-making for functional and technical topics across multiple deployments while ensuring CORE solution integrity and adherence to guidelines • Collaborate with on-site 3rd party IT Solution Integrator and offshore/factory scrum teams to ensure high-quality implementation of change requests • Define RTD’s data model and integration methods with other CORE Value Streams by engaging SDL’s fromother Value Streams • Educate and consult business value stream leads and SMEs on functional and data design solutions andchanges • Onboard, train, and establish the expanded global solution design team globally and within the IT Hubs • Adopt and adhere to agile principles and values   Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience): • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science (MBA preferred) • Long-term experience in SAP design, configuration, and production support with expertise in • S/4HANA– ML, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Fiori apps for costing and ML • Product costing – cost estimates, costing variants, cost component structures, marking and release • Material Ledger– price determination, multi-level price differences, periodic unit price (PUP) • Experience in leading the implementation of a global template • Strong stakeholder engagement, change management, and leadership experience across various functions • Fluent in English, both written and spoken  What do We offer: • A flexible, remote-hybrid work model  • Great workplace in a new modern office in Warsaw • Career development, 360° Feedback & Mentoring programme • Wide access to professional development tools, trainings, & conferences • Company Bonus & Reward Structure  • VIP Medical Care Package (including Dental & Mental health) • Holiday allowance (“Wczasy pod gruszą”) • Life & Travel Insurance • Pension plan • Co-financed sport card - FitProfit • Meals Subsidy in Office  • Budget for Home Office Setup & Maintenance • Access to Company Game Room equipped with table tennis, soccer table, Sony PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles setup with premium game passes, and massage chairs • Tailored-made support in relocation to Warsaw when needed • Please send your CV in English   WORK LOCATION: WARSAW AL.
