Wymagania: Requirements: - 9–12 years of hands-on experience in SAS development and analytics across multiple domains  - Strong expertise in SAS Base and Advanced SAS programming  - Proficiency in SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS DI Studio, and SAS E-Miner  - Solid experience with SQL for data manipulation and integration with SAS  - Proven experience in code migration, optimization, and performance tuning  - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot SAS jobs independently  - Experience working with large-scale datasets and analytics projects  - Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, compliant code delivery  Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the banking or financial services domain  - Familiarity with automation testing frameworks for data validation Codzienne zadania: - Develop, enhance, and maintain SAS programs using SAS Base and Advanced SAS  - Perform code migration, optimization, and performance tuning across different environments  - Analyze large-scale datasets and support data analytics initiatives  - Troubleshoot SAS jobs and resolve code-related issues efficiently  - Write, test, and validate SAS programs ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance  - Collaborate with business units and handle them independently during migration activities  - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAS solutions  - Support SQL-based data manipulation and integration with SAS workflows
