In this role, you will bridge research and production, designing advanced computer vision and machine learning solutions while building the infrastructure that scales these algorithms for global video platforms. You will have the autonomy to innovate, integrate, and optimize AI workflows across the entire tech stack. Zakres obowiązków: Research & Innovate: Develop state-of-the-art CV/ML models leveraging deep learning, large language models, and vision-language models. Data Science & Analytics: Work with massive datasets to uncover patterns, perform behavioral analysis, and build predictive AI models. Infrastructure & Architecture: Build robust frameworks to deploy, debug, and maintain AI algorithms in cloud environments. End-to-End Engineering: Take ownership of the full engineering lifecycle, from backend development and DevOps to cloud infrastructure and production deployment. Continuous AI Evolution: Stay ahead of the AI curve, experimenting with new models, tools, and workflows daily to push the boundaries of what is possible
