Nasze wymagania: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field 8+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in Python Expert-level hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow Deep expertise in video data processing and computer vision libraries Proven experience analyzing large-scale datasets and building predictive behavioral models Self-starter mindset with a passion for staying on the cutting edge of AI technologies Ability to independently research, design, and implement complex AI solutions from scratch Mile widziane: Experience with generative AI models Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad) O projekcie: We are seeking a Senior AI / Computer Vision Research Engineer to join an innovative startup at the forefront of AI-powered video technologies. In this role, you will bridge research and production, designing advanced computer vision and machine learning solutions while building the infrastructure that scales these algorithms for global video platforms. You will have the autonomy to innovate, integrate, and optimize AI workflows across the entire tech stack. Zakres obowiązków: Research & Innovate: Develop state-of-the-art CV/ML models leveraging deep learning, large language models, and vision-language models. Data Science & Analytics: Work with massive datasets to uncover patterns, perform behavioral analysis, and build predictive AI models. Infrastructure & Architecture: Build robust frameworks to deploy, debug, and maintain AI algorithms in cloud environments. End-to-End Engineering: Take ownership of the full engineering lifecycle, from backend development and DevOps to cloud infrastructure and production deployment. Continuous AI Evolution: Stay ahead of the AI curve, experimenting with new models, tools, and workflows daily to push the boundaries of what is possible
