Senior Airtable Developer with Automation Tools, Process Automation Hub

Project overview This project centers on expanding and maintaining an enterprise grade Airtable ecosystem used for operations, planning, and cross team collaboration. The goal is to build reliable workflows, integrations, and data structures that support high volume usage. You will help evolve the platform and introduce improvements that streamline internal processes. Position overview You will work as an Airtable Developer focused on designing and delivering large scale implementations for complex operational environments. You will build structured databases, create automation logic, and develop integrations that support multi team workflows. Your contribution will help shape scalable processes and ensure long term stability across the platform. Technology stack Airtable, Airtable Scripting, Zapier, Make, n8n, REST, JSON, Git, Optional Python, Optional JavaScript Responsibilities • Design and implement complex Airtable solutions for enterprise grade use cases • Build scalable relational structures, automation logic, and optimized workflows • Integrate Airtable with external services and internal platforms • Develop automation pipelines using Zapier, Make, or n8n • Collaborate with product stakeholders to gather requirements and design processes • Ensure platform performance, data consistency, and maintainability over time • Document workflows, structures, and implementation details for long term clarity Requirements • Practical experience delivering production ready Airtable implementations with high data volumes and multi team usage • Hands on experience with Airtable Scripting, automations, formulas, and relational structure design • Background working with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar workflow tools • Understanding of REST based integrations and working with JSON • Familiarity with data modeling and building process automations • Ability to work independently and manage tasks from planning to delivery
