Senior Analytics Engineer

Start date: ASAP End date: 3-6 months Location: On-site in Stockholm 2-3 days a week We have an urgent request for two Senior Analytics Engineers for a 3-6 month contract, with a target start date in March. One profile could be a bit more junior as long as the other can take on the platform responsibility and lead. Technical skills within data warehouse infrastructure is mandatory for the more senior profile. Context The EU business remains highly dependent on a stable and well-functioning data platform, including the data warehouse environment (GCP) and the BI platform (Qlik Cloud). These capabilities underpin performance management, financial follow-up, operational reporting, and analytics enablement across functions. Interim Analytics Engineering capacity is required to ensure continuity, platform stability, and support for ongoing business needs during the transition period.  What the Role Will Do 1. Own and Stabilize the EU Data Warehouse (GCP) • Maintain and develop core data models • Ensure uptime and platform stability • Monitor and resolve pipeline failures and delays • Implement permanent fixes to recurring reliability issues • Adapt data models to evolving business needs (product changes, migrations, domain shifts) 2. Manage the BI Platform – Qlik Cloud • Oversee platform maintenance and governance • Manage user access and permissions • Ensure security and compliance standards • Support business-critical dashboards and self-service reporting 3. Enable Analytics & Business Performance • Provide robust data infrastructure for Analytics teams • Ensure consistent KPI definitions and metric governance • Prevent data fragmentation and “shadow analytics” • Partner with Functional stakeholders and Analytics Who We Are Looking For Technical Profile • Strong SQL and data modeling expertise • Experience with cloud data warehouses (GCP preferred) • Experience managing BI platforms (Qlik preferred) • Strong understanding of data pipelines and troubleshooting • Familiarity with governance, access control, and data reliability best practices Professional Profile • High ownership mindset • Structured and solution-oriented • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and transition • Solid stakeholder collaboration skills
