Senior Azure Data Engineer (Databricks, Azure)

Nasze wymagania: 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering roles Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark, SQL) Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning Experience with cloud-based data platforms Experience migrating data platforms, ideally from Azure Synapse to Databricks Experience with Power BI, including semantic modeling and datasets Strong understanding of Kimball methodology, star schemas, and data warehousing best practices Very good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams English level: B2 or higher O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join an international project. Zakres obowiązków: Design and implement scalable data pipelines and lakehouse architectures using Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake) Lead and support migration activities from Azure Synapse to Databricks Develop and optimize Databricks SQL Warehouses for analytics and BI workloads Build and maintain semantic models supporting enterprise reporting and self-service analytics Collaborate with analytics and business teams to deliver high-quality Power BI datasets and dashboards Write, optimize, and tune complex SQL queries for large-scale analytical workloads Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance across the analytics platform Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and best practices
