Senior Backend Engineer - Active Journey Alliance

Nasze wymagania: Solid hands-on experience working with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) beyond casual experimentation. You use AI agents as thought partners to onboard on unfamiliar codebases and navigate new areas of the code with confidence. You have a practical sense of how the context you provide to AI tools - specifications, constraints, examples - shapes output quality, and a developing awareness of how agentic outputs can fail, with growing habits around verifying, testing, and setting boundaries on AI-generated work. Strong background in backend development, with a focus on microservices and distributed systems Proven ability to build event-driven architectures using messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS/SNS Proficiency in Go and/or PHP is preferred; experience with JVM languages and a willingness to learn Golang is also welcome Practical knowledge of Docker, container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, and CI/CD implementation Solid foundation in testing practices, including both unit and end-to-end testing Deep understanding of relational databases Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and/or GraphQL is a plus Zakres obowiązków: Work on of the architecture, design, development, deployment and operations of the microservices you will develop, using DevOps practices, pair programming and other cutting edge methodologies Be active, solution-oriented member of autonomous, cross-functional agile teams collaborating with Product Owners, Front-end Engineers, Designers, and Business Intelligence teams Having an in-depth understanding of HelloFresh’s core product and architecture, and act as ambassador for software solutions offering support and mentorship to colleagues Work with state-of-the-art technologies like Golang, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes and more Oferujemy: Global collaboration at scale: Collaborate with experienced engineers and product partners across HelloTech’s international teams, in a culture of active knowledge sharing.
