Senior BI / Data Engineer

Scope: • Own and enhance end-to-end data pipelines and ETL processes • Design and develop scalable, high-performance ETL solutions (SSIS) • Build and evolve data platforms supporting analytics and business intelligence • Design and implement data models and architectures (data warehouse, star schema, tabular models) • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across the data ecosystem • Partner with analysts and stakeholders to deliver business-ready data solutions • Optimize and modernize legacy data solutions toward cloud-based architectures • Drive continuous improvements in performance, scalability, and reliability • Support cross-system data integration and interoperability Skills: • Strong experience with SQL Server BI stack (T-SQL, SSIS) • Advanced T-SQL and data transformation skills • Proven track record in ETL development and performance tuning • Solid understanding of:data warehousing dimensional modeling (star schema) • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English Nice to have: • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, or Python • Exposure to cloud data platforms / modernization projects • Experience with Power BI (DAX, semantic models, reporting) • Familiarity with version control (TFS) • Understanding of Agile delivery models Follow us on Linkedin! http://linkedin.com/company/snisourcing/
