Senior Business Analyst (100% remote)

💰 Salary: 23,000 - 25,300 PLN per month 💻 100% remote 🕦 Full-time ☑️ B2B Contract We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a fast-growing streaming media software company. Requirements: • 6+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role. • Experience in business analysis planning, including defining methodologies, governance processes, information management, and effort estimation. • Strong background in analyzing business needs, identifying objectives, and conducting gap analysis. • Experience to define, document, and manage project vision and scope. • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis, prioritization, and documentation. • Experience managing requirements, stakeholder communication, and product backlogs. • Skilled in evaluating and processing change requests, including impact analysis and documentation of updated requirements. • Experience creating static and interactive prototypes to support solution design. • Strong understanding of solution design methodologies, UML, BPMN, and User Stories / Use Cases development • Hands-on experience with UML diagrams, including activity, use-case, sequence, state-machine, and context diagrams • Experience with collaborative analysis techniques such as brainstorming, scope modeling, mind mapping, and empathy mapping. • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken. Nice To Have: • Experience within the streaming media industry, including OTT, VOD, or IPTV platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications. • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, and Figma to define new feature concepts and identify potential business, process, and system impacts • Analyze software solutions to ensure alignment with both business and technical requirements while supporting continuous application improvement. • identify, assess, and escalate potential risks and issues related to software solutions. • Follow established design principles, standards, and procedures for software development. • Develop and create design specifications and functional design documentation. • Collaborate closely with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. • Define requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines for new features and initiatives. • Participate as a Business Analyst within Agile/Scrum teams, creating JIRA epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
