Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities: • Analyse and validate business and system requirements related to onboarding new clients into operational processes • Translate business needs into functional documentation, specifications and test scenarios • Coordinate and support testing activities (UAT, integration testing, post-implementation checks) • Work closely with Product, Operations, Technology and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of assigned workstreams • Support process redesign and automation initiatives in line with internal standards and regulations • Perform root cause analysis of operational issues and drive corrective actions • Contribute to risk identification, mitigation, and progress tracking within the project • Cooperate with wider teams involved in the programme (incl. Performance, Fund Accounting, Middle Office, etc.)   Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years' experience within the Investor Services domain • Strong knowledge of Funds Performance Measurement processes • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role • Solid understanding of Financial Operations and related workflows • Very good command of English (oral and written) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex systems and data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Ability to clearly document operating models and business requirements • Capability to manage or lead project streams independently, including situations where no dedicated Project Manager is assigned • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders Nice to have: • Knowledge of MS Visio, Power BI, SQL or similar tools • Experience in process automation or operational transformation initiatives • Experience working with BlackRock Aladdin or similar investment platforms • Previous experience leading project streams or working in hybrid BA / PM roles   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Training & learning opportunities • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
