Senior Business Analyst

Warszawa or Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week). As a Senior Business Analyst – Corporate Credit Platform, you will be working for our client, a leading software development enterprise supporting the entire corporate credit chain used by financial institutions worldwide. Your main responsibilities: • Collaborate with the global Framing team to understand system roadmap evolution and long-term development plans for the corporate credit platform.-Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze process needs, translating them into clear functional specifications. • Develop high-level roadmaps segmented into system components and development streams to ensure strategic alignment. • Manage and prioritize the scrum backlog, coordinating sprints with the overarching roadmap to ensure timely deliverables. • Present functional topics to delivery teams, offering clarity and guidance to support agile development. • Design and execute test scenarios, scripts, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes. • Proactively suggest system enhancements and process improvements for continuous evolution. • Maintain thorough documentation for end-user support and IT maintenance. • Contribute to deployment strategies and user training as part of change management initiatives. You're ideal for this role if you have: • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles within the financial or banking technology sector. • Expertise in process analysis, system design, and support of IT solutions. • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage audiences across all levels. • Sound understanding of software development processes, especially within Scrum methodologies. • Knowledge of back-end and front-end development technologies, coupled with usability and UX principles. • Experience with software testing, user acceptance testing, and managing system documentation. • Fluent Polish and English language skills (spoken and written). It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) • Experience in projects related to Net-Zero Banking Alliance, ESG, or sustainability initiatives. • Certifications in business analysis or agile frameworks.
