We will never sell or share personal information with third parties.   This is a full-time Senior Business Analyst role, remote with regular visits for project/workshop related meetings. Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze and document business requirements, identify process improvements, and support project implementation. Daily responsibilities include evaluating business processes, generating reports, user stories and ensuring clear and effective communication between teams and departments. This is a business-focused strategic position responsible for representing, analyzing, and continuously prioritizing organizational needs. Scope of Responsibilities: • Analyzing business processes and proposing practical improvements • Gathering, docenting, and validating business and functional requirements • Preparing clear reports and analytical summaries to support decision-making • Collaborating closely with business and technology teams and facilitating communication between them • Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations • Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommending further enhancements Requirements: • 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably Senior Business Analyst • Strong analytical skills and practical experience in analyzing business processes and data • Proven experience working in project-based environments and collaborating with diverse stakeholders • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions, clarify needs, and present conclusions to both business and technical audiences • Ability to create clear, structured, and comprehensive business and functional documentation • Self-driven, well-organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field • Ability to travel to Koszalin and Gdańsk on a regular basis • A general understanding of modern technologies, including AI, is desirable but not mandatory • English: Level C1+ Nice to have: The following skills and experiences would be advantageous and help you stand out: • Proficiency in advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI • Experience with business process modeling software • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana • Exposure to wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or Axure • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum) • knowledge of the insurance industry, including key processes, terminology, or regulatory landscape a definite plus Benefits you’ll enjoy: 🌎 Work in an international Team 👥 a flat organization structure 🕰 flexible working hours 🏋️ multisport card to help you stay active and healthy 📱 modern tech stack - work based on the latest technologies
