👉 Senior Business Analyst

🟣 You will be:
• eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements,
• translating business needs into clear User Stories at both high-level and technical levels,
• supporting backlog management, refinement, and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams,
• working closely with multiple teams (min. 2 teams) to ensure alignment and consistency across solutions,
• participating in large-scale initiatives such as system migrations and platform transformations,
• analyzing and supporting data models and relational database structures,
• collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT to design scalable solutions,
• supporting testing activities (validation of requirements, UAT support),
• ensuring high-quality documentation in Jira and Confluence environments,
• contributing to solution design for web-based and distributed systems.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our project team working on complex, distributed systems and large-scale transformation initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical understanding of data structures, and the ability to work across multiple teams in a structured, delivery-focused environment.
🟣 Your profile:
• strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases,
• understanding of data modeling concepts,
• experience working with distributed systems / platform-based architectures,
• experience in web-based systems development projects,
• very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools,
• proven experience in migration projects and complex IT initiatives involving multiple teams,
• experience working in fixed-price project environments,
• ability to work across complex system landscapes and integrations,
• strong experience in writing User Stories, including: o high-level business stories o detailed technical stories with acceptance criteria,
• experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation,
• understanding of Agile methodologies,
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• high level of independence and ownership,
• strong teamwork mindset (team player),
• risk management ability an awareness,
• strong English and Polish communication skills for cross-functional collaboration,
• practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
🟣 Nice to have:
• knowledge of leasing or railway domain,
• experience working with SAP systems,,
• experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
• interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
